All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your New Wear Store pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All jewelry (including necklaces)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

These items are considered final sale at time of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship your return: Once approved, securely package your item and ship it to our Philadelphia location using a trackable method.
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item/size/color you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences

Damaged or Defective Items
