Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry (including necklaces) and intimate apparel. All jewelry sales are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship your return: Once approved, package your item securely and ship it to our Philadelphia location using a trackable method.
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the item/size/color you wish to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price differences

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All jewelry and necklaces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
