Sizing was fine, the boots came with what appeared to be residue on the exterior soles of the shoes, appearing to have been worn and returned. Also the heel- where the wood block heel meets the leather part of the shoe- has cracks and crumbling wood around parts of it- have no idea what this could have been caused from unless was a missed quality control check before shipping them out. Never been disappointed like this in my Zappos purchase, but the boots are being returned. Due to this poor experience, i’m hesitate to purchase from zappos at this time.
