They came with no tags and they were scuffed on the inner sides and a little on the back of the heels. I give up.

These are so cute and fit so well. I wore them straight out of the box to an evening out… and I was ready to be upset at myself for not wearing broken in shoes, but honestly… it was not bad at all. And they’ve gotten even better the more I’ve worn them. They are my go to shoe for everything now. Love them!

I usually wear an 8.5 in shoes and sandals, but get a 9 in boots if I plan to wear heavier socks. That wasn’t the plan with these booties, so I got the 8.5. Too small even with no socks. So, these seem to run a tad small.
They are adorable, the grey is perfect. Not on the blue side or the taupe side, but very nice grey. Heel height is great. Zappos doesn’t have a 9, so I have to return and I’m very sad. They were exactly what I wanted, except for the being too small. Total bummer.

I really loved these. Unfortunately my feet were too wide for them and perhaps a little too long also.
I wear some brands 1/2 larger (normally a nine) and some brands are just too narrow for my feet. So I sometimes need a wide width. Hope this helps
