I wear these all the time! Have had them for 8 years plus! They are my “go to” shoes. Sooooo comfortable! If I don’t have others I want to wear, I wear these. If it’s rainy- I wear these. If I have to do a lot of walking- I wear these. Black and brown – I wear all the time. Would buy over and over again! I have them in 8 styles. Love love love.

This is the only ankle boots I wear every year. I just get different color every time I get new pairs. I normally get 8 1/2 Wide, but regular 9 size works too. Very comfy.

These are poor-quality. I have worn them a total of 3 times and the color on the soles and heels is already wearing off (photo attached). The soles and heels appear black but are in fact light brown rubber that is painted black. I do not expect to get much mileage out of these and would not recommend them.

this is a very nice bootie. The leather is soft and I love the detail on the heel. they run true to size. I bought the 8 1/2 and that’s what I usually wear.

I ordered a bunch of boots including these. I’m looking for a versatile boot I can wear to work that’s comfortable and practical but a little ladylike. These were nice and fit fine, but the color was a little light for most of my work pants and the pointy toe gives them a slightly western vibe I’m not into. I ended up keeping the Teva Anaya bootie and the Lucky Baselmid.

This is my fourth pair of Basel booties and so happy to have a red pair-can’t wait to wear themthey go great with jeans and dresses. A short time of breaking in and then sooooo comfortable

Buyer beware – these are NOT your typical Lucky booties. The comfort isn’t there like the other three pairs I have. Most notably, I’ve worn these twice and would be embarrassed to wear them again as the finish on the heel is coming off! They looked rough after the first wear and wouldn’t have worn them again but they were my only pair I took for an overnighter. Silly me.
They look dreadful! Get another pair. These are not where it’s at.

I had nearly worn out my first pair of these, so I bought a spare pair. (And still have the old ones.) Best boots I’ve ever owned. Must’ve missed this redesigned one mentioned in another comment. These are versatile, comfortable, and classically styled. Both pairs are black but I have them in blue suede, too.

I bought these boots for my daughter Suzanne 13 years ago. She wore them Al the time and loved them. They’re a style you can wears with anything anywhere. Recently I noticed that the sole was staring to come loose. She had taken them to be repaired once. I told her I would buy her a new pair and she wanted the exact same style. I found that you still made that style and ordered them to be sent to her. She was delighted when they arrived. I see her wearing them all the time again. Thank you for making this good quality boot.

The booties just arrived this afternoon. I bought them to replace a well worn pair of Lucky Brand booties that I purchased five years ago. This pair is very similar, but it has a zipper on either side, which I really like. The leather is soft and pliable. Just walking around in my home, they feel very comfortable….and they look great! I wear some size 7s and some 7.5s. I ordered size 7 because the previous pair was that size. I had a need to call Customer Service and my issue was resolved quickly and in a very friendly manner. I’m a happy customer!
